Who or what is the cobr/cycle shopping amalgamation?

As from from 1 May 2007, both the c.o.b.r (see o bee are) and cycle shopping websites are owned and maintained by LPS Marketing Limited and represent the commercial interests of this company.

LPS Marketing Limited have amalgamated, through direct links, the two websites each of which has its own purpose. cobr will be further developed and maintained as a purely advice and information website. Cycle Shopping will offer the e-commerce element of the package.

Who supplies my product?
LPS Marketing Limited will supply your product under the trading name Cycle Shopping PLUS. We process your order and card details. We will also contact you in the event of a delay in shipping the item to you.

We will strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours and if there is any delay will contact you directly using the information you supplied in your order.

Are my card details secure when I process my order?

Yes they are.  The Cycle Shopping website has a Shared SSL and your card details are transferred in a secure socket layer, you'll see the gold padlock.

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive an automated email explaining the next stage and confirming the details you supplied.  If you do not receive this, please contact us as you may have supplied an incorrect email address that we may need to contact you.

Your automated email indicates there may be a price difference to my "receipt"

A few customers think that the final page of the purchase process, and/or the automated email they receive, is their receipt and shows the amount that has already been taken from their credit card; this isn't the case.

Your credit card is not processed until we know the goods are ready for despatch.  Also, any difference to your final costs will be carriage charges.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Some items you will receive within 48 hours.  Others may take up to a week.  If longer than that, and you have not heard anything from us, then please contact us.

Returns policy

A 7 (seven) day 'cooling off' period applies to all items ordered on-line from the Cycle Shopping website.

Within this period if we have delivered the correct item you can return it in its original packaging and suitable for resale for a full refund, excluding carriage charges. 

If we have delivered the incorrect item, you can return it, again as stipulated above, but for a full refund including original postage.


If returned items are damaged and therefore not saleable at the RRP we will make an agreed and fair adjustment to the refunded value.


Where do I send returns?

We naturally hope that you are happy with the products we supply however, if any item you ordered needs to be returned it should always be returned to Cycle Shopping.
